Visalia Community Bank identified an underserved market segment/area in Visalia. Paloma Development was retained by the bank to conduct site analyses, negotiate a land purchase, gain entitlements from the city and guide the development of its newest branch. The
3,600 square-foot facility opened with much excitement and is currently operating well above projected levels. Paloma delivered the project on time and under
budget in spring 2006.
