Paloma was selected by the Chamber to guide the development of it's new headquarters. Paloma's charge included site selection, proforma/budget preparation, negotiation with City of Visalia elected officials and staff, presentations and updates to Chamber Board, Committees and staff. The construction of the 7,000 sf building was completed in Spring 2007.
