The Spectrum

Paloma Development is the developer of the 63-acre masterplanned freeway commercial project known as The Spectrum. Paloma coordinated all aspects of due diligence prior to purchase, the subsequent entitlement processing with the County of Kern and the development of 20 commercial parcels. Additionally, Paloma has handled sale transactions and lease negotiations for the project with such clients as Harley-Davidson, Starbucks,
La Quinta Inns, Denny’s and Farm Credit West. The Spectrum will soon be the home of Bakersfield’s newest auto mall with Toyota, Chevrolet and up to three other dealerships.
