In 2004, Paloma was the co-developer with Westland Development in a joint venture to develop the Visalia satellite campus for FPU. We were selected in a multiple developer competitive process to provide a turn-key build to suit 10,000 sf administrative and classroom building. Paloma handled all aspects including responses to RFP's, lease negotiation, architect and contractor selection, building design and client space planning.

FPU achieved outstanding student response at the above facility, enough to generate the need for a 35,000 sf facility. In 2007, FPU again asked Paloma to build the new, expanded campus. Slated for May 2009 opening, Paloma has been involved in every aspect of the design and construction - and successfully guided the project through some challenging planning and zoning issues.
