Retail Development
Paloma Development has been involved in many diverse retail projects. Paloma was integral in the master planning and development of three community and regional retail projects, and has developed smaller neighborhood centers. Finally, Paloma has brokered land sales to many national and regional clients. Past clients and projects include:

Residential Communities
Paloma Development has formed and implemented three master-planned communities in the southern Central Valley, ranging in size from 159 to 600 acres. In each, we were responsible for annexation, coordination of master and specific planning,
project amenities design, public approvals and marketing, sales and leasing.

Paloma Development has also spearheaded the development of hundreds of single-family homes and lots for sales to merchant builders, including Centex Homes, Mangano Homes, Lennar Homes, and McMillin Homes. We have also been involved in the design, public approvals, construction and management of more than 100 duplex and four-plex units.
